Saks sent out a general delivery email that included Adult sex toys and lubes and cleaners. The abiity to opt in or opt out was not offered at all. In that location were pictures that had to be explained to people. They were calling this their Health stuff. Why did they do this? Just more importantly why did they boldness their customers and non ofer a opt-in or opt out option?

Worst customer service I've experienced in years. Tried the chat line, phone line, email, and in-person in
Atlanta regarding a seemingly minor outcome with an gild Saks had cancelled due to their own inventory issues.

I have fabricated my terminal buy from Saks

I have made my last buy from Saks. I ordered iii dresses. They shipped them in two dissimilar shipments. I was non made aware but they shipped them requiring an developed signature (with ID). I was not habitation when an attempt was made with i shipment. Fed Ex said they would redeliver it that nighttime before 8 pm. I cancelled my plans and stayed domicile to receive the packet but there was no commitment. And so, information technology was supposed to come the next day - nothing. At present they say it "should" be delivered tomorrow so I am supposed to sit down dwelling house all day and wait for a package. Why inconvenience your customers like this without even letting them know that a signature would be required? Past the way, the other package (that had ii of the dresses in it) was left on the front porch with no signature even though it was shipped requiring a signature. Inexcusable disregard for the client.


Saks more like Trash Update (Paypal)

In update to my below review, I'd similar to let other customers know, if they have unfortunately purchased annihilation from Saks and have an upshot.
Provided y'all purchased your item through Paypal, yous can enhance a claim via Paypal and they will help y'all to get your money back.


I would never buy from this company…

I would never buy from this visitor once more, they don't deserve even one star. I ordered from them in December 1999, returned some items right away. A month later I was told I would receive $413.18 credited back to my PayPal account. It has been 27 month of phone calls and promises even so I notwithstanding haven't received it. I have spent hours, probably more than 100 contacting their service team over the final 2 years and every time I am told I will be given the credit within ten business organization days. I have spoken to managers who have assured me this fourth dimension I will receive my credit. To this twenty-four hour period I still have not. 400 dollars is a lot of money to me merely I am at a loss of how to go my money back or at to the lowest degree a store credit.

Since then I take been chasing Saks to have this resolved. I'thousand continually getting conflicting information & getting told a case has been raised , then a week goes by , I chase again & go told the case wasn't raised correctly and they have to redo information technology!!

They told me I need to speak to borderfree - but borderfree say I demand to speak to saks!! They also told me I had to claim the courier!! But they are the sender!

I sent them Facebook messages , they don't answer! I've sent them emails & never get a answer!

I speak to them on the conversation facility which they speak to me then end the chat mid way through - I record all these correspondences showing the agent ends the chat on me! I'grand literally trigger-happy my pilus out - I'm owed over £200!

I've gone at present to my bank to raise a dispute as it seems the only locigal manner to get my money dorsum!

I'll never store here again! Then allow downwardly!

I ordered Dior Blast Glow 2/21/22 and haven't received the product. It is now 3/17/22. I have phoned them several times and still don't have either the coin or product. Their customer service appears to be based in a foreign country every bit client service spoke with an accent and could barely empathize me. Other companies would have taken intendance of the problem right away by issuing a refund, it shouldn't have weeks to get a refund, although my confidence that I will somewhen be given a refund is greatly reduced. I would NOT recommend ordering anything online from Sak's Fifth Avenue! I will not be patronizing their store anymore.


Selling Used Shoes

I ordered and paid for a new pair of boots and received totally used boots with dirty soles, and stretched out and discolored. Even the box the shoes came in was damaged and torn. I sent Saks Customer Service eight screenshots detailing the troubling used shoes I was sent and they tried to offer me x% off for the used shoes. Overall, they blamed the shoe visitor and said it was shipped straight from the merchant. The shoes were sent in Saks packaging and Saks sold the boots to me and not the shoe visitor, why are they not accepting any responsibleness.


I would requite a zero star if it's an pick

I bought a $1500 clothes from Saks.com on February 12 and received a Kate Spade cardigan ($350 retail) 2 days after that is meant for a completely different social club. At first, Saks told me to dispute with Fedex. Later I explained to unlike customer service folks for a million times, they asked that I ship the wrong detail back to them and they will issue the refund. Trying to cheat me of my money

I've had a terrible experience with them. I ordered a pair of pants from them and they sent me the wrong item. I called customer service immediately with pictures and they said to send it back and I would go a refund for the pants that I never received. They received the (incorrect item that I never ordered) item and said they cannot refund my money since they don't take a purchase history for this particular. They then sent the incorrect detail back to me and charged me for shipping. I accept called them 4 times about this and they even so take not refunded my coin. They are just wasting my time and energy. Information technology's a shame that a "luxury company" treats its customers like this, when it was their fault in the outset place. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card and they have lost a customer. Nordstrom is the fashion the get. They accept astonishing customer service and ever make things right. Shame on Saks.


Saks Scumbag Scammers

Saks are scam creative person scumbags per other atrocious reviews. Mine isn't even equally bad as some. Bought some Stuart Weitzmann boots online to be shipped to U.K. Although price converted from Dollars to GBP it wasn't clear whether the sizes had converted either and none of the agents could actually verify (I spoke to most v different ones). In the end I plumped for US size 8 and fortunately that is what turned up. An extra discount code BFSTEALS wouldn't add then advisors said on chat - just purchase them at the price shown and they'd refund the rest to card. Guess what never happened, never came. Emailed them endless times. Next step is to contact my credit card company. Having just read other reviews they should be renamed Saks Scumbags. Steer well clear. Btw Stuart Weitzman.com this is utterly terrible for your brand reputation!


A misappropriation of my money.

I purchased a Carolina Herrera skirt for my daughter'southward wedding and information technology did not fit. I returned information technology accordingly however information technology has taken weeks and I take still not been refunded - and today I contacted them to be told that I would just be refunded about 2 thirds of the corporeality paid. They said I'd had a disbelieve at buy which I certainly had not - despite the fact that I was supposed to. I'd already enquired about that to no avail. (they could see from invoice that I sent which matched at that place, that there was no discount). Even with the so called discount the amount they take decided to return is a lot less. At this phase I volition be out of pocket by nigh $1300. I will keep to take this resolved. This has non been a proficient experience. The worst client service I've always experienced in my life. I received the king baby bracelet that I ordered from Saks (I live in the U.One thousand.) in a simple bubble wrap pocketbook within a brownish postal purse, no nice packaging (keep in mind this bracelet cost me over $100) and inside iii days it began to change colour. Clearly it is a counterfeit bracelet , either that or king babe as a bran produce very inexpensive quality jewellery and sell them off at loftier prices. Anyways, when I tried to go a refund some months later on (it was bought as a gift for my son in police who lives abroad) I kept getting cut off or one line 'can't exist bothered' style responses from their customer service team. Now I'grand stuck with my fake bracelet. They refuse to put me in bear upon with management and I have transport over twenty emails but have gotten shut down every fourth dimension. And so please if u can help anyone, don't buy from Saks! A globe known global brand like Saks should accept standards! It's a matter of basic contract law that I am arguing as I did not get my cease of the deal, I paid total cost for a product I would never have paid that much money for had I known it was of cheap quality, certainly isn't made of silver. I would like to thank Jane at Saks Customer Service for processing my order, Immani for follow up and also Irrinia at the La Mer counter at Boca Raton's Saks. Several stores failed to acquit the detail I needed. I had called Nordstrom, Net-A-Porter, Sephora, Dillards, La Mer Online, Bloomingdales, etc. to no avail. Saks and Neiman were the only stores with my item in stock. Thank you to Saks for A+ quality And expediency all around!
